Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Accessibility
The Restoration Group is committed to making its website accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone — regardless of ability or the assistive technology they rely on — should be able to find the information they need, request an estimate, and reach our team without friction.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), define how to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.
What We’ve Done to Support Accessibility
Our site is built with accessibility in mind from the ground up. Pages use semantic HTML so that screen readers and other assistive technologies can interpret structure and navigation accurately. Images include descriptive alternative text. Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds, and interactive elements — forms, buttons, links — are keyboard-navigable without requiring a mouse.
We also aim to keep our language clear and direct. Restoration emergencies are stressful enough; the last thing anyone needs is a website that’s hard to read or hard to use.
Known Limitations
We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox. Some third-party content or embedded tools may not yet fully meet our standards. We are actively working to identify and address those gaps. If you encounter a barrier anywhere on therestorationgroup.com, we want to know about it.
How to Report an Issue
If a page or feature is not working as expected with your assistive technology, or if you find any content difficult to access, please contact us directly:
- Phone: (855) 650-7422
- Mail: The Restoration Group, 500 S 31st St, Kenilworth, NJ 07033
When you reach out, it helps to include the URL of the page you were visiting and a brief description of the issue. We are committed to acknowledging accessibility concerns promptly and working toward a resolution within a reasonable timeframe — typically within five business days for an initial response.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility at The Restoration Group is treated as a living standard. As our site evolves — new service pages, updated content, seasonal changes — we review additions against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria before they go live. We also welcome feedback from users with disabilities as one of the most direct ways to identify real-world barriers that automated testing can miss.
